Neptune Navigate Product Representative

We are seeking to fill an opening for the position of Navigate Product Representative in our sales department. This role will primarily focus on Neptune Navigate K12 as well as the Neptune Proactive Leadership product. This new position is slated for a January 2024 start and after initial training in our Tyler (TX) headquarters, will be a 100% remote position.

Job responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Research potential leads for assigned Navigate products.
  • Reach out to prospects (primarily via phone/email) to try and establish online presentation opportunities
  • Make presentations (primarily via Zoom) to prospects
  • Utilize Gong software for prospecting/developmental insights
  • Develop creative ways to overcome objections in the sales process
  • Travel to trade shows 4-10 times throughout the year, with most trips being 2-3 days/nights away from home.
  • Work cooperatively with our Marketing, Content and Partner Success teams to create efficient workflows and generate results.

Required skills and or/experience include the following:

  • Involvement in education is preferred, but not required.
  • Involvement in student leadership-focused roles is preferred, but not required.
  • Must be very knowledgeable in the use of computers and comfortable learning new software and applications.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot CRM + Marketing platform preferred, but not required.
  • Must have a solid understanding of Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)
  • Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to learn new procedures quickly
  • Must be willing to work the assigned schedule
  • Must be a critical thinker, seeking to find new solutions by overcoming objections
  • Must be empathetic to the sales process with educators, thinking creatively with closing deals

Compensation Package

CMC Neptune offers a competitive salary/commission compensation package for this position and a full benefits package including medical/dental/vision/401k. Estimated total compensation in year one is $90K+.
